*Please note a $30 Damage Waiver, signed rental agreement, and background check are required to confirm a reservation at The Studio.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

✔ After booking, guests must sign and complete our RENTAL AGREEMENT within 24 HOURS of completing the booking. You will receive an email with a link to complete. If the RENTAL AGREEMENT is not signed within 24 HOURS of the booking, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

TRUVI ID VERIFICATION

✔ After booking, guests must complete TRUVI ID verification ($10 non-refundable authorization fee). You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete. Verification and rental agreement must be completed within 24 hours or your reservation may be canceled.
